About

Two problems that sit next to each other and don't get solved.

Vantage Property Partners connects GTA property managers with qualified commercial service contractors, starting with snow and ice management.

Why this exists

Capable contractors, busy managers, no bridge between them.

Property managers spend weeks each fall sourcing contractors, chasing quotes, and verifying coverage — work that is genuinely time-consuming and genuinely not the job they were hired to do.

Meanwhile, capable contractors with equipment and crews sitting idle have no way to reach those managers. Most are run by operators who are excellent at the work and have no sales function at all.

Vantage sits between the two.

The background

A trade background, honestly described.

Vantage was founded by a Toronto-area steamfitter working in commercial mechanical systems across the GTA — HVAC, hydronic heating, and building services in commercial, industrial and institutional properties.

That is not a snow removal background, and we don't claim it is. What it is: years spent working inside the buildings we now source contractors for, alongside the trades who service them. It means we understand what property managers deal with, what separates a professional contractor from a marginal one, and what questions to ask before putting a name in front of a client.

How we work

Four commitments.

We verify before we recommend

No contractor reaches a client without current insurance, WSIB clearance, and references we have actually called.

We stay out of your contract

You contract directly with the contractor. We don't hold the money and we don't insert ourselves into your service relationship.

We are transparent about how we're paid

The contractor pays a placement fee on signing. You pay nothing, and you know that from the first conversation.

We build for the long term

A contractor we place badly costs us the relationship with you. That is the whole incentive structure, and it is the right one.
